I am happily living in Lake Ashton thanks to the skills and talents and patience of Jane Sasinek and her husband Phil. They patiently explained things to me & reassured me along the way. My first contact with Jane was the first week of January 2009...and here it is March 31st and I am IN MY HOME! Folks, this lady worked WAY OVER-TIME on this purchase for me..she ran into frequent road blocks along the way...but she successfully over-came them as they quickly arose. Who could ever imagine that purchasing a home would be so PLEASANT and ENCOURAGING an experience? Above and BEYOND the call of duty for any REAL ESTATE AGENT...or ANYONE for that matter. Jane and Phil went out of their way to make this happen for me with the least amount of grief and inconvenience. This lady should be TEACHING Real Estate Techniques!

I just wanted to take a minute and pass on a few comments about my experience working with Jane "Sweetpea" Sasinek of Coldwell Banker Real Estate.
I will provide the Readers Digest version because we have had quite a ride. It all started at 4:45pm on a Friday afternoon in the fall of 2008 when I located a property that I was interested in; a foreclosure at a great price in a good location....Jane dropped everything and got busy...by the time I arrived she had already written up the offer...after a few days I heard I didn't get that property.
During our initial meeting Jane asked a lot of good questions and got a real clear idea of what I was looking for and immediately went to work to help me find it...Jane pointed out early in our venture that I may have a tough time because when you are dealing with foreclosures it can be a lengthy process...Finally in January 2009 the perfect home(bank owned) came into my sites...I decided I wanted to make an offer, and Jane had done her homework and was prepared to tell me all the pertinent information to make a sound offer. We wrote the offer at the house and phoned it into to the seller's agent. Great news came very quickly and we heard that the bank had agreed to take my offer. Yes-I finally had my new home.
I would certainly use Jane in the future and would recommend her to anyone either buying or selling. I understand that her husband has joined her team and I can only imagine that they will become the new dynamic duo.

Jane "Sweetpea" has the most preseverance I have ever encountered in a person. The selling of my home in a short sale with my lender was anything but "short". Jane endured the lack of communication from my lender's representatives with four different offers that she presented to them on my property over a 14 month period. Needless to say, she made numerous phone calls, wrote letters, sent faxes, and even overnite letters to get their attention and it paid off in the end, SHE SOLD MY HOME!! Jane was very understanding and sympathetic and knew I needed to sell as soon as possible. If you are in need of selling your home in a short sale, don't hesitate to call Jane! It's been a week now since we closed on our house and we still look around and can't believe it's ours. We never dreamed that our first house would be as nice as this one. We sure can't thank you enough for all the time and hard work you had to put in to make this home work out to be ours. We truely believe that this house was meant for us on how everything played out. This was all new and scary to us with this being our first time to buy a home. As you know; we were with that other realtor who would not even show us this home and he did not put in half the time and effort that you did for us starting with the first day you showed us some homes, including this one. We feel truly blessed that you were the seller for this house and then became our realtor and also a friend. You were truly dedicated at fighting for this house for us. You made it comforting to us with keeping us informed several times a week on what the latest status was on the house instead of leaving us hanging like our previous realtor would do with us. Thank you for making this a great memorable experience for us. Ya'll made closing on the house like a party with the apple fritters and the sweet gifts. That was really sweet of you to include Matthew on making this special for him too. He loved his goody bag gift that you made up for him. It's all these little things that made our buying a first home such a pleasure. I just can't tell you both enough, Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!!!! I was hoping to see you both before you went on your much needed vacation but we got caught up in all the excitement in moving all of our things in from the other house. Recently we made a decision to move to Florida. We sold our home in North Carolina, and went to Florida to look for a new home. We found the Sasinek's to be congenial and most helpful in our search for a home. They took the time to understand what we wanted and what we could afford. Within seven days we had found a home and signed the papers making us the new owners.
